The Trash Art program and exhibition was also organized in May 2018 which belongs to the International Nature Film Festival of Gödöllő. The project, intended for various amateur or artistic applicants, teams, young people, students, is intended to show how important it is to recycle and reinterpret waste. The theme of the initiative this year was "Biodiversity", so the focus has been on biological diversity and the human-made impacts that have occurred in it.
The K-ARTS Art Foundation with the welding and structural locksmith students of the KÉSZ Group's workroom entered this year's competition with three artworks. The works were made of trash iron, scrapped machine parts and metal furniture parts with the team work of the students and Géza Kis, Lajos Tercsi, Kornél Márton, László Borbás. The Trash Art exhibition was opened by President János Áder in the garden of Grassalkovich Castle in Gödöllő.
